We started out with an ambitious dream to combat the loneliness epidemic, aiming to help people make real connections and build strong relationships. It soon became obvious that it would make sense to help our clients with online resources and connections-related knowledge in addition to in-person events. We host friend/partner matching events, and offer webinars, referrals, resources, and advice services in order to help you find your special someone(s) and live a great life with connections that fill your cup!
We're hosting in person events for helping people make friends and find potential love matches. These events are currently happening in Charlotte NC. We plan to expand to other cities in the future.

Our team
Our strength lies in our passion to connect people. Set up by Fernanda Brasileiro, the team strives to plan the best matching events and to curate the most helpful content, from relationship advice to personal growth and social skills.
When Filled Cups was just an idea, Frank was a huge part of the brainstorming, providing his perspective as a therapist.
